State Bank Releases Rendering of New Carmel Banking Center
BROWNSBURG (February 22, 2021) – State Bank today released the exterior rendering of its new branch in Carmel, located at 126th Street and Gray Road. Demolition in the interior has begun, and bank officials anticipate an open date in late summer 2021.
The Carmel location marks the 10th branch office for State Bank and the first in Hamilton County. It will be led by Andy Pinegar, a senior commercial lender and new market president, and Brad Condon, a commercial lender at State Bank.
The 5,000 square-foot location will offer customers a state-of-the-art banking experience in a revitalized and spacious layout. The branch will offer 24/7, self-service banking solutions along with a community room available to customers and community groups.
“The Brookshire Village Shoppes renovation and the potential businesses that would occupy the former bank location have been popular topics among our community for quite some time,” Carmel City Councilman Jeff Worrell said. “We are pleased that State Bank is financing construction of the project to enhance the site. We are thrilled to welcome a community-minded financial institution to this city for the benefit of residents and businesses.”
The new branch will provide a variety of services, including investment planning through Lizton Financial Services, which will be led by Jake Girouard, an investment executive ranked in the top 10 percent in the country. Additionally, Gretchen Patterson, who has 40 years of experience in the mortgage industry, will lead mortgage lending services for the local branch.
